Terms of Purchase

DAMASKVEV AS makes it easy, secure, and free from unpleasant surprises when purchasing. Below you will find our complete purchase terms.

Right of Withdrawal for Consumers and Courses with Announced Right of Withdrawal

For courses advertised with a 14-day open purchase (right of withdrawal), this right of withdrawal applies from the date of purchase. If you wish to use the right of withdrawal, you must notify us before the expiration of the withdrawal period. We will refund your money within 1 week from the date your right of withdrawal is exercised. The refund will be made to the same account the money was paid from. A different withdrawal period may apply if specified. If you do not notify us within the deadline, the right of withdrawal will expire, and the money will not be refunded.

Please note that the Right of Withdrawal Act only applies to consumers, not to a person primarily acting in the course of business. If you purchase our courses/packages aimed at the development of business concepts/marketing, we consider that you are acting in the course of business.

Right of Withdrawal for Business Customers: Courses, Consultations, and Membership Services

Our membership services, courses, and consultations sold to the corporate market do not have a right of withdrawal unless specified by the seller or information about the right of withdrawal is provided during the purchase process/on the purchase page. Any right of withdrawal will only apply according to the conditions provided on the purchase page or during the purchase process.

Warranties

Any warranties given in connection with the purchase of the product can only be used if the conditions for the warranty are fulfilled, and written notice is given to us before the warranty expires. If you wish to use any agreed-upon warranty, we ask you to document that you have fulfilled your part of the agreement. When using the warranty, all access to the course portal and related services will be stopped as a result of the refunded course amount.

Card Payment

We accept Visa and MasterCard through our partners Paypal, Stripe, and/or Simplero. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) and are 100% secure. Card purchases are fee-free. If agreed amounts/withdrawals are not authorized, and payment is not made, outstanding amounts will be forwarded for invoicing and debt collection.

Instalment Payment and Instalment Plan

A purchase made with an instalment plan, either written or verbal, is considered binding and must be paid in full by the deadline. If instalments are not paid within the agreed time, outstanding amounts will be forwarded for invoicing and debt collection.

Sales to Minors

If you are under 18 years old, you must have permission from a guardian to order from us.

Terms of Use for Portal Content

You purchase access to the portal content during the course period. DAMASKVEV AS's products are protected by copyright. The product is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not use the product or the materials available in the product in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our rights, or in a manner that has not been authorized by DAMASKVEV AS. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, publish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any way or medium (including email or other electronic means) any materials from the product. Duplicating, sharing, or uploading product files for sharing on websites is considered stealing and will be reported to the extent permitted by law.

However, you may download and/or print one copy of certain pages on the website for personal, non-commercial use, provided that all copyright and other proprietary rights are retained.

DAMASKVEV AS offers individual course programs. Upon registration, you will receive a username and password, and a member profile for use during the course and in the private member portal. If you wish to take a course with a business partner or collaborator, each individual must purchase the course separately. If you want an assistant or an entire group to take the course, a separate membership must be purchased for each participating member.

Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and must insist that you respect the privacy of others participating in the course. Thus, this is a mutual confidentiality agreement. We respect your confidential and proprietary information and ideas, plans, and business secrets. By purchasing this product, you agree to respect the same rights of course participants and representatives of DAMASKVEV AS and employees of its partners.

You are free to discuss your personal results from our courses and assignments. However, all experiences and statements, oral or written, from any other participants or the DAMASKVEV AS team must be strictly confidential.

Security & Privacy

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which means all orders are encrypted, i.e., completely secure. DAMASKVEV AS guarantees that we never disclose your personal information or email address to third parties unless there are specific reasons, such as when the police, public prosecutor, or similar request information. You have the right to access the information we have recorded about you, and if you believe it is incorrect or irrelevant, you can request correction or removal from our customer register. Limitation of Liability

DAMASKVEV AS and our partners disclaim all financial claims related to any of our websites, videos, newsletters, course portals, or other content. We have done everything we can to ensure that the content is of high quality. By purchasing this course, you accept and agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from participating in the course. We offer no guarantees of income or results. You alone are responsible for your actions, and your results depend on personal factors, including your skills, knowledge, ability, commitment, business sense, network, and financial situation, to name a few.

Cancellation and Postponement

DAMASKVEV AS reserves the right to cancel or postpone the course due to reasons beyond DAMASKVEV AS's control. In the event of postponement initiated by DAMASKVEV AS, the course participant will be offered participation at a later date.

Limitation and Liability

By purchasing this product, you agree that you use the company's services at your own risk, and that the program is an educational service. You release the company and its employees, its partners and partners' employees from liability for any damages that may arise and for any claims that may arise in connection with agreements between the parties. You accept all possible risks, foreseeable or unforeseeable.

No Public Defamation

In the event of a dispute between you and the company, you agree that the sole venue for resolving such a dispute shall be communication between you and the company. You agree that you will not engage in any conduct or communication with a third party, publicly or privately, that would lead to public defamation of the company.

Agreement

This agreement may not be assigned by any of the parties.

Termination

By purchasing this product, you agree that DAMASKVEV AS may, at its discretion, terminate this agreement and limit, suspend, or terminate the customer's participation in the program without refund of the course fee if the customer becomes disruptive to the company or other course participants. This also applies to breaches of the terms.

Dispute Resolution

If the dispute is not resolved initially through negotiations between the parties, a disagreement or dispute arising from this agreement may be submitted to the conciliation board or the court.

Notice

Any notices of disagreement given by one party to the other may be made by personal delivery or by mail, registered or certified with acknowledgment. The notice shall be sent to the parties at the addresses shown below.

Force Majeure

If DAMASKVEV AS or its partners are prevented from delivering or performing an obligation due to circumstances beyond DAMASKVEV AS's control, or if such delivery obligation becomes unreasonably burdensome due to labor disputes or any other circumstances when the parties cannot control, such as fire, war, mobilization or unforeseen military call-up of a similar scope, requisition, confiscation, currency restrictions, riots and riots, scarcity of transportation, general shortage of goods, restriction in the supply of fuel, as well as defects in or delays in deliveries from subcontractors or manufacturers as a result of such circumstances as referred to in this paragraph, DAMASKVEV AS is exempt from all liability other than in cases of complaint where DAMASKVEV AS refunds the purchase price of the defective goods.
